This is a great recipe if you have left over yogurt and/ or mushy bananas ( we had some 'lime' Greek yogurt I'd erroneously purchased). The peanut butter adds richness and it's a relatively health choice, lower in sugar and high in protein. A classic for kids, with ample 'mashing' potential.
